Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the dp444 online gaming platform, website, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and dp444 ("dp444", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

dp444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

Section 1

Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of dp444 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. dp444 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dp444 enforces a strict 21+ policy and may request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be a resident or current physical presence within Bangladesh at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent, or affiliate of dp444 or any of its associated entities.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on dp444 or have been previously permanently excluded.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

Section 2

Account Registration and Security

To use the dp444 Platform, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one active account at any time. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein, except where required otherwise by applicable law.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. dp444 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify dp444 support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access.

• Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number. This number is your primary account identifier and cannot be changed without identity verification.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• dp444 may at any time request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation to verify your identity, age, or payment method. Failure to provide such documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your dp444 account is personal and may only be accessed and used by you. Any evidence of account sharing will result in immediate account closure.

Section 3

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

dp444 processes all financial transactions exclusively through approved payment channels. By making a deposit or requesting a withdrawal, you confirm that the funds used are legitimately yours and are not derived from any illegal source.

Section 4

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

dp444 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a Promotion, the specific terms of that Promotion shall prevail.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Unless stated otherwise in the specific Promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for bonus funds is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any unmet bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times constitutes abuse.
• dp444 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
• Bonus funds may only be used to place wagers and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash directly, or used to fulfil deposits into another account.
• dp444 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if fraudulent or abusive activity is detected in connection with a Promotion.
• Free spins awarded as part of a Promotion are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to the applicable wagering requirement.

Section 5

Responsible Gaming and Age Verification

dp444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide players with tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available free of charge from your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dp444 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated wagering designed to exploit a Promotion or game outcome.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the dp444 Platform, or assisting another person to do so.
• Using funds derived from any criminal activity, including fraud, money laundering, theft, or any other unlawful source.
• Attempting to exploit any software bug, system vulnerability, or Platform error to gain credits, free plays, or any other benefit not intended by dp444.
• Providing false identity, age, or residency information during registration or KYC verification.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the dp444 Platform, including but not limited to software, code, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, game assets, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of dp444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of dp444.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dp444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or system failures, even if dp444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. dp444's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dp444 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The Platform and all content therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dp444 disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.

Section 9

Account Suspension and Termination

dp444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to the following:

• Breach of these Terms or any specific Promotion terms, including prohibited conduct listed in Section 6.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by dp444, or providing documentation that dp444 determines to be fraudulent or insufficient.
• A court order, regulator direction, or law enforcement request requiring dp444 to restrict or close the account.

Section 10

Privacy and Data Protection

dp444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. dp444 uses SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the Platform. dp444 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Section 11

Amendments to These Terms

dp444 may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on the Platform with the updated effective date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. dp444 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via the registered contact method on file.
